Return Policy
Please choose your books carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Please be sure to read all available information about a publication before placing your order. If you have any questions about a publication, simply contact us at sale@chinabookshop.net for assistance.
Return is accepted if books are received damaged, or are not as advertised. To ensure prompt replacement of or credit for damaged or defective items, please check your books upon arrival and report any problems to our customer service department sale@chinabookshop.net immediately. You must contact us and obtain return authorization from a customer service representative before sending a return. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only. Chinabookshop.net will replace the title at no extra cost.
Returned items must be in their original condition, free of creases, scratches, writing, stickers, or punctures. Corners should not be worn or bent. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns via courier service or insured parcel post. We cannot refund shipping charges. Items should be returned in their original packaging or another corrugated cardboard box. Paper envelopes (including bubble packed) are not acceptable. Books must be carefully packed to prevent additional damage due to shifting in transit. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.
Cancellation of Orders
Please be sure to read all available information about a publication before placing your order. Cancellations after placement of order will not be accepted.
