1. Use another credit card or change another location to complete the payment through PayPal.

Please add US$30 to the cost of your order. The fee is charged by our bank, not by us. Please ensure that we can receive exact amount of payment of your order. If we can not receive the right amount of payment, we will not process your order until you make the outstanding payment successfully. We are not able to issue any refund to your bank by Telegraphic or Wire Transfer.
