| Order & Download Electronic Version |

Some titles include electronic version in addition to hardcopy. If you order these titles, you can download electronic versions of them online prior to receive the hardcopies. Please refer to "Remark" of the title to check whether the title includes electronic version.
Steps of download electronic version:
Step 1 Login Chinabookshop.net with your account.
Step 2 Click “My Account” on the top navigation bar.
Step 3 Under “My Orders” section, click the order of publications that include electronic versions.
Step 4 You can see the detail information of your order. If your payment has been confirmed and the electronic version is ready for download, you can see the download links at the bottom of the page. Normally, you can download the files for five times in 30 days since you place the order.
Please notice:
1. Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will prepare the electronic files for you to download online. Once the electronic files are ready for download, we will update your order status and inform you by email. You can see the download links in your order detail page. Your order status will become "Allow Download" or "Arranging delivery". Normally it will take us up to 24 hours to prepare the electronic files after your order and payment are confirmed.
2. In order to download the electronic version of the title, you must purchase hardcopy first. However, if hardcopy is already out of print, you can purchase and download electronic version alone. We will refund you the shipping fee if any.
3. Electronic version is a value-add service that helps our members acquire organized content of publication prior to arrival of order. With this service, our members can read and use the content of the title immediately regardless of delivery time. This service is also to help publishers promote their publications and keep their out-of-print titles. All rights are reserved to publishers.
4. If you encounter any issues about download electronic version of the publications, please contact us. We can arrange alternative method for sending you the files such as email, ftp.
