Depending on the type of publication and publisher, following publication formats are available: 

Hardcopy
A hard copy of the publication is sent by us to your shipping address by the shipping method you choose. 

CD-Rom
A CD-Rom of the publication is sent by us to your shipping address. 

Electronic Version
Electronic Version may have different formats such as EXCEL, PDF, PDG, HTML, CHM, TXT, ISO, etc. Please refer to remarks of each book's description for its format. Electronic Version does not require shipping. It can be either downloadable online or sent by email.  

(a)Instructions for running ISO file:

There are two ways to run ISO file. (Notice: Direct extract the ISO file might encounter "page not found" issue.) 

1. Use Virtual CD/DVD tools such as DAEMON or ALCOHOL 120% which can be downloaded easily from internet for free. Mount the ISO file, read the contents as a CD/DVD.

Steps of using DAEMON are as follow:

    * Start Daemon Tools once it is installed.
    * Once started, you will see new icon at your system tray
    * Right click on the Daemon Tools icon at system tray and select “Virtual CD/DVD ROM” -> “Set number of devices” -> “1 drive”
    * Once select, it will process for while.
    * After processed, Left Click on the Daemon Tools, select “Device 0: No Media”
    * A file dialog window will pop up and now you can select your .iso file here and click Open
    * Now, open your “My Computer”, you will see you have one more new “CD ROM drive”, double click on the new “CD ROM Drive” and you will see all the files within the .iso file
    * Once you finish using the .iso file, you need to Left CLick on the system tray Daemon Tools icon again and select “Unmount all drives”
    * Once unmount, you will not see any files in the new CD ROM Drive any more

2. Use CD/DVD burning tool such as Nero to burn the ISO file into a CD/DVD, read the contents from the CD/DVD.
